AIA 人才認證 (AIATC™) 是 2024 年由台灣人工智慧學校 (AIA) 開始創建主辦的 AI 人才素養與專業能力認證,包含素養級 (AIATCL) 、工程級 (AIATCE) 與管理級認證(AIATCM) 等三種認證,認證內容對應到台灣人工智慧學校以「用 AI、做 AI 與管 AI 」為主軸所規劃的各種 AI 課程。

AIATCL 命題架構

AIATCL 命題架構參考自 NIST (美國國家標準暨技術研究院) 所提出的 AI RMF (Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework) 風險管理架構,由內而外依序呈現人工智慧系統的核心維度關鍵維度以及人工智慧生命週期階段。 為了更好的涵蓋AI素養範疇,AIA將核心推廣 : 除原有的People and Planet維度外,新增Technique維度,並維持原框架核心與外圍因子交互影響的概念。

Application Context
  1. Plan&Design: Articulate and document the AI system's concept and objectives, underlying assumptions, and context in light of legal and regulatory requirements and ethical considerations.
  2. Operate&Monitor: Operate the AI system continuously assess its recommendations and impacts (both intended and unintended) in light of objectives, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations
